Agreement
These Terms of Use ("Terms") are between you and RYZ Factor, publisher of the Nerrvz application ("Nerrvz," "App," or "Service"). By accessing Nerrvz, joining the waitlist, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Age requirement
Nerrvz is 18+. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, join the waitlist, take a quiz, or otherwise use the Service, including ReVerb and other AI-generated coaching. By using Nerrvz you represent that you are at least 18. We do not knowingly permit anyone under 18 to use Nerrvz. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18, we may suspend or close it and delete the associated data. See the Minimum age section of our Privacy Policy.
Not medical or therapeutic care
Nerrvz is a personal development and habit-building application. It is NOT a medical device, NOT a licensed therapy service, and NOT a substitute for professional mental health treatment. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a licensed professional or call 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline).
The Service
Nerrvz provides mindset resets, habit nudges, swipe-based micro-habits, and optional AI-assisted coaching features. Content is for general wellness, personal development, and education only. It is not medical, psychological, or professional advice. We may measure pseudonymous product usage (such as screens viewed and general navigation) to operate and improve the Service, and we may measure the performance of our own paid advertising campaigns, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Accounts & waitlist
You agree to provide accurate information, including your age. You are responsible for activity under your account. Waitlist signup does not guarantee access or a specific launch date. We may invite users in any order.
Membership tiers
Nerrvz offers a free tier and optional paid membership. Paid plans on the web currently include: • Monthly membership: $2.99 per month, auto-renewing. • Annual membership: $19.99 per year, auto-renewing. We may also offer short-term promotional access (for example, a limited 1-day unlock after watching a sponsored message). Promotional access does not create a recurring subscription unless you separately subscribe to a paid plan. Prices shown at checkout are the prices that apply to your purchase. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout where required by law.
Web subscriptions (Stripe & RevenueCat)
Paid memberships purchased on nerrvz.com are sold by RYZ Factor. Checkout and recurring billing are processed by Stripe through RevenueCat, our subscription billing partner. By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment partners to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You must be signed in to a Nerrvz account to purchase or restore membership on the web. Your Firebase account is linked to your RevenueCat customer record so entitlements sync to the Service. Payment is also subject to Stripe's and RevenueCat's applicable terms and policies.
Cancelling and managing billing
You may cancel a web subscription at any time from your Nerrvz Profile by choosing manage or change membership, which opens our billing portal (hosted by Stripe/RevenueCat). You may also use links in your payment receipt email. Cancellation stops future charges. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, you keep access through the end of the current paid billing period. Deleting the app or stopping use does not by itself cancel billing. Use Restore purchases in the app when signed in with the same account you used to subscribe.
Refunds and billing disputes
Web subscription charges are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law or where we choose to provide a refund at our discretion. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at useyour@nerrvz.com and include the email on your account and the date of the charge. For payment method or receipt questions, you may also use the billing portal or contact information in your Stripe receipt.
Promotional codes
We may offer discount or promotional codes for web subscriptions. Codes are subject to eligibility rules, expiration, and product scope shown when the code is issued. Codes cannot be combined unless we say so. We may modify or revoke promotional offers and refuse misuse.
App Store and Google Play purchases
If you subscribe inside the Nerrvz iOS or Android app, Apple or Google processes that purchase and bills you directly. The web subscription, cancellation, and refund terms above do not apply to it. For an auto-renewing subscription bought in the app: • Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase. • The subscription renews automatically at the price and period shown at purchase, unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. • Your account is charged for the renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends. • You can manage the subscription, or turn off auto-renew, in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel it. • Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited if you buy a subscription during that trial. Refunds for in-app purchases are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies, not by RYZ Factor. Those purchases are also subject to the store's terms of service.
Apple license terms (EULA)
The Nerrvz iOS app is licensed, not sold, to you. That license is Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. If these Terms conflict with that agreement in relation to the iOS app, that agreement controls for the iOS app. These Terms are between you and RYZ Factor only. They are not an agreement with Apple, and Apple is not responsible for Nerrvz or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for Nerrvz. Apple is not responsible for any claim relating to the app, including product liability, any failure to conform to a legal or regulatory requirement, and claims under consumer protection or privacy law. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or reverse engineer the App, harass others, or use Nerrvz in violation of applicable law.
Intellectual property
Nerrvz name, branding, content, and software are owned by RYZ Factor or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Disclaimer & limitation of liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RYZ FACTOR IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF NERRVZ.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access at any time for violation of these Terms or operational reasons. You may stop using the Service at any time.
Governing law & contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory local law applies. Billing questions: useyour@nerrvz.com.
